Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

- Opened baby hygiene items (bottles, pacifiers, feeding products)
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection
